That is no exaggeration when talking about Dior Homme Intense. Instead of being just a woody perfume, this Dior Homme parfum explores new pastures. The opening notes of lavender and iris give it a floral opening that immediately brings a refreshing aroma to your surrounding. The complexity of the latter brings an earthy suede element into play. The lingering iris notes come into contact with the heart note of peer that takes the aroma from floral to creamy. Performance is not good at all
What a beautiful take on DHI. Mannnn that iris!! You keep getting its whiffs every now and then and it blows you away. I remember being very skeptical about buying the original as I am not a very big fan of violet and iris notes. But I loved the original once I sampled it and same is the case with this impression.
One of the very best impressions of Dior Homme Intense and definitely an all weather scent (although you'll enjoy it slightly more in cooler weather IMO).
