Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Making an account is not necessary and you can use a guest account to place orders at the website without registering yourself. However, we at Rawaha understand the importance of your time, therefore creating an account with us gives you access to the following benefits:

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed while navigating our website as a registered user and/or as a guest user. On any product page,

  • Select your size choices (if applicable)
  • SChoose quantity and then click the “Add to Cart” button. This will add that particular product in your cart. You can continue shopping and add more products to your cart in the similar manner.
  • SOnce you are done with shopping and intend to check out, click “View Cart” button appears at the top. This will open up the list of products in your cart where you can confirm and proceed to checkout page.
  • SYou may add or confirm your personal and shipping information, select payment options, enter any discount vouchers (if applicable) and review your order before clicking “Place Order “.

How do I know if Rawaha has received my order?

After you place your order on the website, an acknowledgement email and message with invoice will be sent to you from Rawaha to confirm that your order has been placed. This will not, however, indicate if the order has been shipped.

What if an incorrect/damaged item is delivered to me?

Although we take extra precautions to ensure that each order is in mint condition, should an unfortunate mishap occur, you can get in touch with our Customer Care at to return the item or exchange it for the correct order.

What if an incomplete order is delivered to me?

Full care is taken to ensure that no incomplete order is shipped out. However, in case such a mishap does occur, you can get in touch with our Customer Care to identify this issue and we will rectify it at the earliest, at no extra charge.

What is your return policy?

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return request is approved, then your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to your bank account.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

What is the procedure for cancelling an order?

Order cancellation is dependent on whether or not it has been shipped. Send your order cancellation request to within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, orders can’t be cancelled.

Are there any shipping costs?

Yes, shipping charges apply on orders below PKR 5000. We offer free shipping on orders above PKR 5000 to all our customers within Pakistan.

Yes, we are selling original products of Rawaha. We sell high quality impressions of niche & designer fragrances and our special blends. We use high quality ingredients to create a new inspired aroma that you will like.

Rawaha competes with designer brands. It does not use their fragrances and is not associated in any way with the designer brands or their manufacturers. All trademarks are property of their respective owners. We are in compliance with the Competition Commission of Pakistan’s Act and Policies.

What is your return policy?

How long the Rawaha’s perfume last?

Lasting varies for every perfume. The lasting duration of any fragrance depends on the application area, season, and the quantity applied.

Do you use alcohol in your perfumes?

It is not possible to create perfumes without using alcohol, our perfumes have alcohol in them.

What is the best way to store perfumes?

Perfume should always be kept in a cold dark place as sunshine can cause some chemical reactions in it, making the perfume smell different, sillage and projection may also seem different too.

Can Rawaha’s perfume cause allergy or rashes?

We haven’t had any such complaint from our customers yet, however, it is recommended to do a patch test before applying the fragrance.

Will my Namaz be acceptable if I use this perfume, as it contains alcohol?

Alcohol is not dirty in itself and is acceptable to be utilised in medicines, perfumes, detergents and other useful usages. This has to do with the fact that alcohol itself is not dirty, the ban is on the consumption/drinking of alcohol. The liquor (khamr) is banned in Islam. Liquor consists of sugar, alcohol and water after the fermentation process. So any alcohol not passed through the fermentation process can be used. Keeping this fact in mind, usage of perfumes because of the alcohol content, irrespective of the concentration of alcohol in it, is not prohibited or banned and Namaz will be accepted, Insha’Allah.
