Guys this post is not about some fragrance or review. It's about how good dealing with customers can earn you their loyalty.
In first week of September 2019, I bought few impressions of niche perfumes from a vendor. I purchase 30 to 40 ml bottles of inspirations of Roja dove Amber Oudh, millsime imperial, creed viking & BR540.
For some reason, I find it difficult to wear them but I least cared about it and I forgot those bottles. They just stayed in my closets.
Then I ordered inspiration of Elysium from the same vendor and found it of outstanding quality. To provide my feedback to the vendor, I whatsapped him and during my conversation , I discussed that I couldn't wear previous impressions due to some problem in bottles.
That vendor immediately asked me he could replace them with whatever I want. It was really surprising for me because I used some sprays.
He replaced the four bottles with large bottle of his inspiration of BR540 EXTRAIT top quality and was very kind enough to send me samples of his inspirations of oud satin mood, meydan and Creed Vikings.
That vendor is none other than Uzair Punjani. This is really the way business is done.
