Mixed Experience: Quality Customer Service Amidst Delivery and Product Issues

I purchased multiple items from them. However, this time I had to follow up multiple times regarding my order, and it took more than a week for delivery. Unfortunately, the worst part is that I did not receive the item I ordered. Instead of Y by YSL, they sent me a different perfume, which was Tom Ford. Additionally, the lasting power of the perfume is not up to the mark this time. I'm not sure if it was due to a sale or some other reason. On a positive note, Mr. Uzair was always ready to help me resolve this matter. He offered to exchange the perfume and was even willing to cover the return costs. Due to this level of quality customer service, I overlooked the issue and decided to keep the Tom Ford perfume.
