Extreme Patchouli has a sugar-coated orange opening with orange, lavender and geranium. It further eases up the core of this powerful mix in the heart with the notes of patchouli, cinnamon and rose. The fragrance further blurs into an incense-loaded scent in the base, where sandalwood burns down the smokier aspects of vanilla.
