Burj Al Oud opens with an attack of Oud that may offend you on first spray but (be patient please) Sab Se Pehle Aapnay Ghabrana Nahin Hai, theres a gem hidden underneath ??

The Oud attack settles down in half an hour and goes directly to the mid stage, now this is where it gets interesting & really beautiful, There is a hint of sweetness that begins to slowly bleed through and as it sweetens further, you can recognise the pineapple (more than any other fruits) However the fruitiness dissipates soon after leaving behind a faint layer of sweetness and then sandalwood and patchouli surrounds or hugs the combo all together in a very nice way that makes it a bit warm which is interesting. Then comes jasmine and amberwood to add that rich roundness to it. The oud at this stage is still there but warm deep and calm (nothing is harsh) saffron is subtle All the way through except in the opening like the Oud
